MICHAEL E. MOSKOVITZ, was born in Hammond, Indiana on October 6, 1970. Mr. Moskovitz graduated from Indiana University where he concentrated his studies in Political Science and Economics and received his Bachelor of Arts degree with High Honors. Mr. Moskovitz graduated from New York University School of Law, receiving his Juris Doctor degree in 1996. He was admitted to the Illinois State Bar in 1996. Mr. Moskovitz is a member of the Chicago Bar Association.

Mr. Moskovitz has been a partner at Freed Kanner London & Millen since its inception in January, 2007. For the past seven years, Mr. Moskovitz has concentrated his practice on complex and commercial litigation, with primary emphasis in class action litigation involving antitrust law, securities and commodities law, consumer protection law, and contract law. He has an outstanding reputation as, among other things, an outstanding legal writer and strategist.

In re Methyl Methacrylite Antitrust Litigation, MDL 1768 (E.D. Pa.) (pending antitrust class action in which FKLM attorneys have been appointed as interim co-lead counsel).

In re Hydrogen Peroxide Antitrust Litigation, MDL 1682 (E.D. Pa.) (pending antitrust class action in which FKLM attorneys have been appointed as co-lead counsel).

In re Rubber Chemicals Antitrust Litigation, MDL 1648 (N.D. Cal.) (FKLM attorneys served on the Executive Committee of this nationwide antitrust price fixing action which recovered over $300 million in settlements for class members).

In re Cotton Yarn Antitrust Litigation, MDL 1622 (M.D.N.C.) (FKLM attorneys serve as co-lead counsel in this pending nationwide antitrust price fixing action which has thus far resulted in a partial settlement of $7.75 for class members).

In re Urethane Chemicals Antitrust Litigation, MDL 1616 (D. Kan.) (pending antitrust class action in which FKLM attorneys are co-lead counsel; case has resulted in partial settlements of $18 million for class members).

In re Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) Antitrust Litigation, MDL 1542 (D. Conn.) (FKLM attorneys serve as co-chairs of discovery in this pending nationwide antitrust price fixing action which has resulted in partial settlements of over $87 million for class members).

In re DRAM Antitrust Litigation, MDL 1486 (N.D. Cal.) (FKLM attorneys serve as co-chairs of discovery and played a major role in this pending antitrust class action which has resulted in over $300 million in settlements).

In re High Pressure Laminates Antitrust Litigation, MDL 1368 (S.D.N.Y.) (antitrust class action in which FKLM attorneys served as co-lead counsel).

In re Vitamins Antitrust Litigation, MDL 1285 (Dist. D.C.) (FKLM attorneys served as co-chairs of discovery and played a major role in this antitrust class action which resulted in over $1.3 billion in settlements).
